Property info

Building consisting of 12 apartments with 2 bedrooms each (one double, and the other with a trundle bed). It is spread over 3 floors, and a ground floor. It is located approximately 100 m from the beach (in a straight line), very close to the Torredembarra's port, with spectacular views from the terrace and some rooms. It has an elevator. Sheets and towels are NOT INCLUDED for security because of the C-19 pandemic, but they can be requested in advance by paying a supplement. Air consumption Conditioning is NOT INCLUDED in case of being excessive (higher than 12 KW), and will be paid at the end of the stay. The amount of the TOURIST TAX may vary based on what is established by the Government and/or the local City Council.
