We have apartments of various types, being the most common distribution and equipment as follows: For couples or single travelers, the Studio 2/2 is ideal, with maximum capacity for 2 people. This studio has a double bed in the living-dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. For smaller groups, the Apartment 2/4 offers a bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room, along with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. If you are traveling with family or friends, Apartment 4/6 is perfect, with two bedrooms that have two single beds each and a double sofa bed in the living room. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people. For larger groups, Apartment 6/8 is the ideal option, offering three bedrooms, one with a double bed and single bathroom and the other two with twin beds. It also has a second bathroom with bathtub, a double sofa bed in the living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, accommodating up to 8 people. All kitchens are fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, Italian coffee maker and enough kitchenware for the capacity of each apartment. The spacious living and dining rooms have a sofa bed and television, providing a perfect space to relax after a day full of adventures. The bathrooms are complete and equipped with bathtub or shower, depending on the type of apartment. In addition, each apartment has a terrace with furniture, perfect for an aperitif while enjoying the surroundings. Please note: The elevator will be out of service from 05/26/2025 through 06/15/2025.
