Just about 250m. from the sea, offers the best location in Calpe. Incredible views to Peñón d´Ifach Natural Park and the clear waters around it. Modern and new building with all facilities as Air condition, Kitchen set, TV, etc.

Neighborhood info

Just 250 meters from the white sand and easy to reach the main restaurants and shops area in Levante Beach. Well connected by the Marina and also Public transport to main bus and train station.
