We opened Apartamentos Falcó for our first season in 2023 and have been gradually modernising the building ever since. Our goal is to offer a functional and practical accommodation for active holidaymakers and families who want to spend relaxed days between the beach, excursions, and the pool in a friendly and informal setting. Please note that we are unable to offer step-free access, as the building dates back to the early 1980s and does not have an elevator. Persons who are very sensitive to noise should also be aware that the structure is not fully soundproof. For hikers and cyclists, Apartamentos Falcó is the perfect choice: simple, practical, and well located. Port de Pollença marks the end point of many hiking trails through the Tramuntana Mountains. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and the nearest bike rental shop is 200 metres from the property. The road to the famous Cap Formentor lighthouse passes right by the building, and the bus to Palma stops just 200 metres away.

The apartment building Apartamentos Falcó is located on Calle Falcó, in the popular Gotmar district of Port de Pollença. It comprises three floors and a total of nine family-friendly holiday apartments: Ground floor: Apartments 1A, 1B and 1C – each with a terrace close to the pool. First floor: Apartments 2A, 2B and 2C – each with a private balcony. Second floor: Apartments 3A, 3B and 3C – each with a private balcony. All apartments are bright, functional (approx. 45 sqm), and ideal for self-catering guests thanks to fully equipped kitchenette units. Each apartment includes: two bedrooms, each with two single beds. A bathroom with shower, a combined dining/living room with a kitchenette and a daybed (80 cm wide), free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Kitchenette equipment: microwave, fridge, and basic cooking utensils. Please note: there is no oven and no washing machine in the apartments. Linen service included: Towels are changed after two nights for stays of four nights. For stays of five nights or more, the first change takes place after three nights. For stays of three nights or less, no towel change is provided. Bed linen is changed once a week. Additional amenities: access to the outdoor pool. Partial supply of electricity and hot water via solar panels. Participation in a local recycling program – guests are kindly asked to separate their waste. 1 apartment key per unit. Cyclists may request an additional key for the lockable bike garage. For the loss of the apartment key and/or the bicycle garage key we charge hundred Euros.Baby cots available on request. The surroundings of Port de Pollença offer a wide range of activities for hikers and nature enthusiasts. Port de Pollença and the nearby town of Pollença are the best-known locations in the municipality, which also includes several smaller villages in the area. Originally a fishing port, Port de Pollença is now mainly used by leisure and sport boats. With the nearby Tramuntana Mountains and the unspoilt Formentor peninsula, the region is a perfect holiday destination for families, sunseekers, and adventure lovers alike. The beaches of Pollença Bay invite you to swim, sunbathe, and relax. Thanks to the consistently warm breeze, watersports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing are almost always possible.
