Our company has its roots in Santander dating back to the 1940s, with three generations dedicated to hotel management. This particular establishment opened its doors in 1989, and today we manage several accommodations in the city. What makes us special is the combination of decades of experience with a warm, welcoming, and professional approach that our guests love.

This accommodation is special because of its beachfront location, with sea views and just steps from the center of Santander. Guests love the comfort of our modern, fully equipped apartments and the flexible self check-in that allows them to arrive at their own pace. They also appreciate the attention to detail and the feeling of being "at home" by the sea.

Neighborhood info

What we love most about our neighborhood is its vibrant combination of seaside and culture. We're just steps from Racing Santander's stadium, where football is experienced with local passion. A mere two-minute walk away are the Exhibition Palace and the Sports Palace, perfect for events. And of course, there's the iconic Magdalena Palace, a beautiful promenade that immerses you in Santander's history. Plus, there are fantastic restaurants nearby where you can sample the local cuisine. It's an area where there's always something new to discover!
