The fine print
If a late check out is made, €100 will be charged from the part of the damage deposit that was paid at check in.
If the apartment is left very dirty, a cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.
Additionally, an extra may be charged for excess noise at the times and noncompliance with the pool use scheduled under the property's policies and conditions.
These charges may be charged extra or deducted directly from the damage deposit.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace or balcony of the property, smoking is prohibited inside the property and in that case an extra charge of €200 will be made.
