Property info

Spacious apartments in a fantastic rural setting. Ideal for those who want to know the whole island. Montebreña Apartments are made up of 4 attached apartments, all of them with sea views from the living-dining room. They are on the top floor of a 2-storey building. Free parking next to the building. The apartments are very well located, both for being located in a very quiet rural area and for its proximity (13 minutes from Santa Cruz de La Palma and 10 minutes from Los Cancajos, the coastal area of the east of the island, and a few miles from the airport and the port of La Palma). With us you can enjoy the Canarian hospitality.

Neighborhood info

The town is called "La Polvacera", in the municipality of Breña Baja. It is very quiet and well located, close to large supermarkets, Santa Cruz de La Palma and hiking and beach areas (Los Cancajos). The nearest supermarket is a Spar (less than 3 kilometres away, in the town of San José). In addition, less than 4 kilometers away is one of the largest Hiperdinos on the island, a Mercadona and a Lidl.
