Beautiful apartment of 70 m2 recently renovated. It is located in the center of Bilbao, very close to the main tourist areas such as the Old Town, Gran Via shopping area and the Guggenheim Museum. It is 200 meters from the Abando train station and the metro. The Apartment has self access with electronic locks. It has heating with digital thermostat. It also has access to WiFi and the main Streaming platforms (Netflix, HBO and Amazon Prime Video) totally Free, with Smart TV.

My name is Patricia and I am a decorator. I am married and have 2 girls ages 9 and 12. My husband and I decided to buy an apartment to renovate it and we thought it would be a good idea to rent it as a tourist apartment. We have finished the renovation in Summer 2019 and we hope you like it. The name of the Naiala Apartments, is a combination of the beginning of the name of our two daughters.

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of El Ensanche. The Ensanche is today the commercial and financial center of the city, although it has not always been. In fact, the Bilbao Ensanche Plan on the Vega de Abando is approved in 1876 as part of a process of great economic momentum. Then, the Villa is chosen capital of Bizkaia and undertakes the industrial development of the metropolitan area through mines, iron and steel industry, shipping companies ... Banks and the Stock Exchange appear, and the city triples its population in just twenty years. For this reason, Bilbao needs to overcome the limits set by the Casco Viejo and Bilbao La Vieja, until then its two population centers, and hit a jump over the Ria. A new city thus emerges, which is the Ensanche that we know today. This transformation of the end of the s. XIX and principles of the XX is very similar to the one that is lived with the new Bilbao that has arisen around the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. Both then and now, the Nervion estuary is the element that enables change.
