It is an independent duplex apartment, with stairs to reach the first floor, where there is a large living room, the kitchen, and a toilet. There is also a terrace of about 5 square meters. On the upper floor, there are the bedrooms, a double bed with a 1.35m bed, a double bed with a bed of 1.50m and a complete bathroom, there is also a bathroom with shower, another double room with two single beds. 0.90 m each, and another single room with a bed of 0.90 m. Finally on the floor of the loft there is a single bed for an eighth person. It is a residential area, quiet and with easy parking for vehicles.
