Two beautiful apartments with a bedroom with 2 beds both, completely renovated in September 2024. Located in the quiet tourist complex “Apartamentos Playa Park” wlth heated pools, in Puerto del Carmen. One on ground floor with a large private terrace, the other on first floor with a large private and sunny balcony. Fully equipped with shower, hairdryer, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, safe, iron and ironing board, large fans, garden table and chairs, pool mats, TV with foreign channels. Both properties have the same surface area, decoration, services and conditions. Apartments equipped with towels, sheets, beach towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, soap and fabric softener, a welcome basket, and more. Everything you need to feel at home. The complex features heated pools, barbecue grill, small gym and library. Easy parking.

Very quiet and safe residential area at ten minutes walk from the city center. Located in a flat area with no slopes, 2 minutes from the large white sand beach of Los Pocillos, with a wide promenade that has 15km of bike path. At 150m from bus and taxi stops, supermarket, restaurants, shops, rent a Car and bike. Airport 8km, capital Arrecife 8km, hospital and golf course 1.5km.
