Company info

Our company Roca Maura SA, operating in Estartit since 1969, owns and manages tourist accommodations in the Sa Gavina Gaudi complex. Our office opens from Monday to Sunday during business hours in the season from April till September. Our office is located in the same building as the apartments, at 1 Arquitecte Gaudi Street in L'Estartit. We do not offer a luggage storage service or refrigerators in the office. We do not accept group reservations. We ask for a 150 eur DEPOSIT ONLY IN CASH on arrival.

Property info

Accommodation for stays of families or couples due to the services and facilities. For babies from 0 to 24 months, clients can bring their own cot. We have cots for 49 eur/week (limted units). Children over 24 months old are counted as persons in the total number of occupants of the apartment. Key collection and registration hours from 16h to 19h in the afteroon. Check-out and key return at 10h in the morning. 5 minutes walk from Estartit beach and 10 minutes from the shopping center and port. Communal pool. Free Wi-Fi. Building with elevator. Sheets and towels upon your arrival are included in the price, placed on each bed and/or sofa bed (if applicable). The beds are not made. We change sheets for stays of 10 nights and more once a week, we do not change towels. The towel change service has a supplement of 9 eur/set. Air conditioning in the lounge diner, not in bedrooms. Toilet paper, soap, personal hygiene items or food in the accommodation ARE NOT INCLUDED. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment and with a supplement of 7 euros per night and animal. Clients MUST inform before their arrival if they have not done so when making the reservation. Animals will NEVER be locked in bedrooms, balconies or terraces. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the pool. Pool with daytime hours depending on the season. People under 18 years old can only stay if they are accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. Age restrictions apply to the registration, all occupants of the reservation must be at least 25 years old. There is no charging station for electric cars. It is prohibited to use the electricity of the accommodation to charge external devices such as cars, scooters, etc. Group bookings are not accepted. Bookings for more than 2 apartments are subject to special payment and deposit conditions: non-refundable, 100% payment in advance and a deposit of 300 euros per apartment in cash on arrival.

Neighborhood info

Residential neighborhood "Salats" in Estartit, where the tourist apartments of the town are located. 10 minutes from the marina and a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Outside the building, in the municipal area, there is a playground, ping-pong tables and a basketball hoop, they also have a large soccer field. Agility park for dogs and green area. Free public parking area on the streets sorrouding the building. Please note that between the dates of 17th to 27th July, there will be a Fair of Atractions situated in front of the apartment's building, with opening times from 18h till 01.00h, as it is the Fiesta Mayor , Big Festival Holiday in Estartit.
