Property info

El apartamento Sema está situado en un complejo de apartamentos en segunda línea del mar, a 200 metros de la hermosa playa de arena y cerca del pequeño puerto de Cala Bona. Los Restaurantes y tiendas se encuentran en las inmediaciones, el paseo marítimo está a poca distancia. La piscina grande para todos los huéspedes de la casa está enfrente de los apartamentos cruzando la calle. Los apartamentos fueron completamente reformados en el 2017, tienen entre otras cosas una cocina grande, un baño moderno y ventanas nuevas. La cocina se encuentra separada del salón y todos sus electrodomésticos son nuevos. Los apartamentos son amplios, con un grosor de 65 metros cuadrados, tienen una sala-comedor luminoso y confortable con televisión (no hay televisión por satélite) y un balcón privado o una planta baja con terraza. Todas las unidades se componen de dos habitaciones dobles con camas individuales y son ideales para familias, parejas y amigos. También existe una caja fuerte por un módico precio. Junto enfrente de los apartamentos, cruzando la calle está ubicada la piscina que es de uso exclusivo por los huéspedes de los apartamentos.

Neighborhood info

A 50 metros de distancia encontrará una parada de autobús que conecta con todos los pueblos de los alrededores, Palma e aeropuerto. La parada de taxis está también muy cerca, a unos 100 metros de los apartamentos. La pequeña costa de Cala Bona es un complejo agradable para toda familia con un paseo marítimo encantador. Tiene un pequeño y pintoresco puerto pesquero con una gran variedad de restaurantes que hace que los clientes disfruten de un bonito paseo nocturno y acaben disfrutando de una deliciosa cena. Hay una vida nocturna muy animada en toda la isla. A tan sólo unos 10 kms de distancia se encuentra Cala Rajada que dispone de numerosos bares, pubs y discotecas. También en Cala Millor, separado por tan sólo 1 km de distancia de Cala Bona, hay una bonita playa con arena blanca y aguas cristalinas. Son Servera, Artá y Manacor son pueblos con una interesante y extensa oferta cultural a su visita. Porto Cristo que está a unos 10 kms distancia se encuentras las famosas y preciosas Cuevas del Drach cuya visita es muy recomendable. En Cala Bona hay varios bares, salones chill-out y restaurantes y una galería comercial. El puerto y el paseo fueron rediseñados en el año 2006.
