Sa Perdiu 6 and 8 apartments have been on the market since 2021. The project began with the enthusiasm of a family who spent every summer in Menorca and wanted to create a quiet and welcoming space for guests who, like them, wanted to experience the essence of Menorca and be carried away by its energy. We manage the Son Carrió apartments and a complex of 10 accommodations of different capacities in Cala Blanca. Our multicultural team is made up of local people and residents of Menorca, who know the island, its customs and how people live throughout the year.

The Son Carrió apartments (Sa Pediu 6 and 8) are spaces where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility, in the centre of the Son Carrió area in Ciutadella de Menorca. Our clients highlight the good atmosphere of the community and the good distribution of the spaces. The complex has a large terrace with sun loungers, next to a large swimming pool, ideal for the fun of adults and children. The Camí de Cavalls runs just a few metres from the apartments and Santandría beach is so accessible that you can walk down to it. All the apartments are perfectly equipped for stays of any length and type. From remote working to spending a few days of sun and beach on this wonderful island of Menorca. The accommodation has Wi-Fi connection, standing fans, air conditioning in the living room, bathroom with shower, comfortable furniture including a sofa bed, kitchen and a living-dining room, as well as a large patio and porch, equipped with outdoor furniture. The space in general is smoke-free, but smoking is allowed on the individual terraces of each apartment. The Son Carrió/Cala Blanca area is located 12 minutes by car from Ciutadella and has public transport stops on the L64 and L65 buses. The nearest beaches are Santandria and Cala Blanca and can be reached by private or public transport, or on foot. The area in which we are located is full of services and leisure facilities: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pubs... Everything is within easy reach.
