Appt 5, is located in a quiet but very central area of Puerto Del Carmen. It is very convenient for the main area of Playa Grande beach, and the many shops, bars and restaurants that line the main promenade, which is only 5 minutes walk away. It is situated on a safe, quiet, secure gated complex. Supermarkets are a minutes stroll away. No 5, accommodates 2 Adults, with larger than normal comfy twin beds and pull out sofa bed. A modern bathroom & washing machine. Fully fitted kitchen. Please note: Minimum 5 night stay.
Quiet peaceful neighbourhood on a secure gated complex. Parking available on the road and car park outside of the complex. A short 5 minutes stroll to the main beach, of Playa Grande, Promenade, Shops, Bars and Restaurants.
