Our apartment is more than just a flat — it feels like a mini-villa. All rooms are located on the ground floor, and the spacious terrace and garden create a comfortable stay for both families and groups of friends. You can enjoy breakfast or dinner on the large terrace, sunbathe, relax during warm evenings, and admire beautiful sunsets accompanied by birdsong. The garden features a barbecue area where you can cook outdoors. In the evening, soft garden lighting creates an especially cozy atmosphere. There is direct access to the garden from the kitchen, and the spacious terrace can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom. The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. However, if you are a larger group, the living room also has a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, providing an additional sleeping space for two people.

Puerto de Santiago is one of the most peaceful, quiet, beautiful, and cozy places in the south of Tenerife. It has everything you need to feel like you’re in one of the island’s best holiday spots. There are stunning viewpoints overlooking the town, beautiful seaside promenades, and a marina where you can even set off on a sea adventure aboard a pirate-style ship. The majestic cliffs of Los Gigantes rise dramatically nearby, creating an unforgettable landscape. One of the highlights is Playa la Arena — a beautiful black sand beach with sparkling grains of olivine and obsidian, often called a true jewel of the island. Here you’ll find calm atmosphere, local charm, breathtaking scenery, and a real sense of home. If you enjoy celebrations and local culture, there is something happening here throughout the year — Christmas and New Year concerts, Carnival, and traditional festivities such as the celebrations in honor of the patron saint of sailors, Virgen del Carmen.
