Brand new attic apartment in the heart of Pontevedra's old town, located in a pedestrian area full of bars and restaurants with terraces, markets, shops and supermarkets nearby. It features a kitchenette, a spacious living/dining room, a bathroom with a shower, a queen-size bed in a bedroom with a balcony and unobstructed views. This open-plan space boasts a beautiful Finnish pine ceiling. The building dates from the early 20th century and has been recently renovated. It´s a 4th floor apartment with no elevator. Public parking 100 m away.
