Spacious and new apartment on the street Puerto Romano 3, with 1 bedroom, in La Mata and in a 1 minute walk from the sandy beach La Mata, it is located on the ground floor of a 5-storey building with one elevator, there is a communal solarium on the roof terrace with barbecue area and showers, and an amazing sea view. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people: it is supplied with one double bed and double sofa-bed.
