We offer you comfortable apartment in the center of Valencia near Ayutamiento square, designed for comfortable accommodation of 4-5 people. At your disposal is a living room, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen with a small balcony. The large bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. The small bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed, dining and work tables, TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and serving the table, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment has an air conditioning system for heating and cooling, Wi-Fi.
I study at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, and I always try to meet my guests by myself, show them an apartment and tell them about Valencia. With me you can contact by phone or by the Internet.
Leaving home, you immediately find yourself in the atmosphere of one of the most beautiful cities in Spain with many cafes, restaurants and shops. Xativa metro station 30 meters from the entrance. A comfortable train will take you to Valencia airport in just 35-40 minutes, and sea lovers will get to Malvarrosa beach in 20-25 minutes. Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Plaza de Toros, North Station within walking distancе. Mercado Central is just 600 meters away. After walking 10 minutes at a leisurely pace, you will reach the Plaza de la Reina and can visit the Cathedral de Valencia.
