Property info

This urban complex consists of several apartments, ideally located near the center of Arenal and the seafront promenade. Each unit is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. IMPORTANT: The building has an elevator; however, please note that it only goes up to the 5th floor. To reach the apartments, you will need to walk up one additional flight of stairs. Although the complex does not have private parking, there is a large public parking area just a few meters away, available for our guests. Its excellent location makes it the perfect choice for couples who wish to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and shops — all just a few steps away.

Neighborhood info

The flat is located in the Arenal area of Jávea, one of the liveliest and most popular areas of the town. Just a few metres from the beach, guests can enjoy the wide promenade, lined with restaurants, bars, shops and a pleasant coastal lifestyle. It is an ideal area for relaxing in the sun or strolling at sunset and enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere.
