A spacious and fully equipped apartment for up to four guests, featuring a large private terrace, a living and dining area, and a comfortable layout suitable for families, couples or guests sharing the accommodation. The property has a main bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features two comfortable single beds and spacious wardrobes. A second full bathroom is located next to the bedrooms, providing additional comfort and privacy throughout the stay. The bright living and dining area provides a comfortable space in which to relax and includes a television. From here, guests have direct access to the spacious terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, kitchen utensils and tableware. The accommodation includes Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and a hairdryer. The Balearic Islands tourist tax is not included and must be paid at the accommodation upon arrival, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The apartment is located on Passeig Saralegui, on the seafront in Port de Pollença and overlooking the bay, one of the most highly regarded coastal areas in northern Mallorca. The surrounding area combines the beach, promenade, marina and all the services required for a comfortable stay. Along the promenade, guests will find restaurants, cafés and terraces where they can discover Mediterranean cuisine, fresh fish, rice dishes and other local produce. The area is ideal for exploring the coastline on foot or by bicycle, enjoying the beach and taking in the views across the bay and towards the Serra de Tramuntana. One of the most characteristic walks in Port de Pollença is the well-known Pine Walk, a pleasant pedestrian route beside the sea. The harbour and the Real Club Náutico complement the local facilities, with opportunities for sailing and other water-based activities. Port de Pollença is also an excellent starting point for exploring the Formentor Peninsula, its beaches, the Es Colomer viewpoint and some of the most distinctive landscapes in northern Mallorca. Cycling, hiking and outdoor enthusiasts will find numerous routes throughout the municipality and the Serra de Tramuntana. The historic centre of Pollença is also well worth visiting. Its main attractions include Plaça Major, the Calvari Steps, the Convent of Sant Domingo and the Pollença Museum. Every Sunday, a traditional market is held in the town centre, offering local produce, food, crafts and textiles.
