My son and I are the owners. We live on the territory of the villa in separate apartments. We have a separate entrance. It's just that we constantly keep the territory clean, clean the pool, monitor the garden, water, and, if necessary, help guests. We do not use the territory together with the guests, we have a vast territory and it requires constant care. We do not disturb our guests to have a good rest.

Luxury villa with sea views in Javea, Tosalet, Cap Marti. The land is fenced on all sides. The house consists of 3 rooms. Has a beautiful view of the sea and Montgo. The entrance to the villa is located on the ground floor. 2 rooms with their own toilets. Kitchen, laundry, living room, terrace are shared. There is a sauna with a wood-burning stove and shower (for an additional fee), as well as access to the 4x8 swimming pool area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. A spa Jacuzzi for 6 people is installed. A new gazebo and electric awnings have also been installed. The kitchen has access to the barbecue area and the garden. Fruit trees grow in the garden: orange, tangerine, lemon, plum, medlar, pamelo and others. Free parking is provided. A major renovation was done in 2021. Renewed electricity. All floors have been updated..
