Beautiful and bright apartment in Puerto Pollensa, just 80 metres from the sea and close to all amenities, located in a central yet quiet area. It is on the first floor and accessible by stairs. It features a spacious living room with a large dining table and windows offering a side sea view. There are 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, 5 single beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a utility area outside. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning available 24 hours a day. There is plenty of street parking in front of the entrance, and smoking is allowed outdoors. Puerto Pollensa, in the north of Mallorca, offers fine sandy beaches framed by pine and palm trees, partly sheltered by the Formentor peninsula. The area maintains its charm without large hotel complexes, and offers a wide range of restaurants, cafés, shops, and medical services. Just 6 km away, the historic town of Pollença features the famous Calvary steps (365 in total), hosting many cultural events and music festivals. IMPORTANT A welcome basket is included with each booking. We provide an online guide with local information (bars, restaurants, beaches, sights…) to help you make the most of your stay. 24h assistance available for any questions or help needed. Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
