We are Patricia and Michiel; a young and vibrant couple, living in beautiful Moraira, Spain. We are originally from the Netherlands but a few years ago we decided to make the definite move to Spain. We work for a small succesful company, which is already in the business since 2004. Our aim is to let you enjoy a wonderful holiday while staying at one of the properties. We are more than happy to welcome you to Moraira!

Apartment Monica has a unique location in the shopping street of Moraira, everything is within a few minutes walking. In the morning, walk out of the apartment and get fresh bread at the bakery right around the corner. Then you can have breakfast on your private balcony. After breakfast you walk to the beach to enjoy the sea. In the afternoon, take one of the cozy terraces and sip a glass of wine. Then go back to your home for a refreshing shower and dine at one of the many restaurants in your street. All this is in the immediate vicinity of your apartment. Enjoy your stay with this beautiful apartment where truly everything is within walking distance, there is no need to rent a car!
