The fine print

Must-know information for guests at this property

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system is in place mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning units.

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, guests must not leave garbage inside the property. Failure to remove waste will result in a €150 charge for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
