“This is perfectly located apartment if you enjoy the sea . Short walk onto beautiful beach. If you like fish the cuisine is amazing . For meat lovers options ate limited. I was very happy to eat lovely fresh fish for a week.”

Finques Ginesta is a real estate agency located in the centre of Llafranc. We have been offering tourist rental and sales services since 2001 and we manage several apartments in Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell.

Property info

Apartment on the seafront, 75 m2. Living-dining room, exit to terrace (with furniture), magnificent sea views. Independent kitchen with serving hatch, (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, minipimer, etc.) Three bedrooms, (1 double bed, 4 single beds). Completely renovated bathroom. Laundry room in patio, (washing machine and drying rack). Aluminum marquetry. South facing.

Neighborhood info

Llafranc is a town on the Costa Brava with a beach and a small marina that offers a wide variety of local cuisine. It is a tourist area where you can rent boats or jet skis, go snorkelling or take diving classes, walk along the Camino de Ronda, among other activities. During the months of July, August and September there are various events, including the concerts in Cap Roig, the Artisan Market, the Havaneras in Calella or Llafranc… There are also very beautiful beaches or coves in the surrounding area such as Cala Aiguablava, Cala Aigua Xelida… In addition, there are several nearby towns of tourist interest such as Palamos (fishing port) or Playa de Aro (shopping area).
