This villa is an excellent option for your vacation. Comfortable and equipped with everything you may need. In addition to the spacious interior spaces, it has a large patio with a private pool, an outdoor seating area with comfortable shaded armchairs, a large dining table to enjoy outdoors and sun loungers, right in front of the pool. Plenty of relaxing space and a covered play space. The neighborhood is quiet and has a supermarket across the street. The residential is located in the safest area of the island, very close to the sea and the city center. The urbanization has a playground, for the enjoyment of the little ones in the house. It is a perfect choice for large groups or families. The 250m2 villa has three floors, a very large patio and a private garage. On the main floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom, the living room and the kitchen (these last two communicate directly with the patio through large glass doors). On the first floor you will find three bedrooms: bedroom 1 the master suite with dressing room, private bathroom and balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are spacious and have built-in wardrobes. Costa Teguise is a tourist area on the east coast of the Spanish island of Lanzarote. It was built intentionally to accommodate tourism. Urban planning was carried out before the creation of the buildings. The town is known for its fine white sand beaches, such as Las Cucharas beach. Water sports are very popular here, especially windsurfing and diving. Calm waters and numerous restaurant areas on the promenade that crowns it. But it is not the only one: Playa Bastián, Playa del Jablillo, Playa de los Charcos or Playa del Ancla are other options to enjoy the sun and the sea without leaving Costa Teguise. The Lanzarote Aquarium, which is an 8-minute drive away, has numerous marine species, as well as an underwater tunnel and pools to come into contact with animals. Restaurants and shops are located in the bustling Plaza Pueblo Marinero, designed in part by local artist César Manrique. West of town, the water park has slides, pools and zip lines; and there is also a golf course just 5 minutes drive from the villa. There is a bus stop and a taxi stop 4 minutes walk from the villa. A large supermarket is right behind the residential complex. The sea is only 400 meters from the residential complex.
