"Aqui se vive bien" is a recently renovated fisherman's house which stands 100 ft from the beach. The cars nuisance do not bother but you may hear the sound of the waves. You will spend time on the 300 square feet's terrace for sun baths or barbecue or even for a pleasant work session. You may use the SUP with paddle, the 9'4" Long Board or the bicycle to enjoy the surrounding nature.
"Aqui se vive bien" is the 2nd property I have published on a platform. The first one has achieved a quality of rating of 4 and a global guest review of 9.4. I have equipped this house to feel good and I hope you will appreciate.
"Aqui se vive bien" is located in the Grau de Burriana's area, which is a calm and secure zone along the beach. Mercadona ( supermarket) is 4 minutes drive from the house. "Clot de la Mare de Deu" is a nice path along a small lake, 3 minutes walking from the house. "Bombora's"'restaurant, "La Rustica"'s restaurant, "Carniceria Grau-Mar", the ice cream's shop « la Jijonenca" will welcome you with typical products within a 3 minutes walking distance. Peniscola’s village ( 70 min drive ) and the city of Valencia ( 50 min) are very nice one day trip in the valencian community
