We are a family run business which has been growing rapidly since Summer 2007. The company is the creation of Tila and Michelle Braddock. The concept of Lanzarote Retreats developed from Tila and Michelle´s desire to offer stylish & eco-friendly holiday accommodation, mainly in and around Arrieta, a stunning, rural village in the North of the island, which they love and where they brought up their family. These days the business is run by Joshua, their eldest son. From organising car hire, arranging days out, providing child and nursery equipment to recommending restaurants and beaches, the team at Lanzarote Retreats have over 20 years of experience of living, working, entertaining children and enjoying Lanzarote. This exclusive, beautifully designed 3 bedroom beach front apartment is centrally located on Arrecife sea front, the island´s capital. Set on the main beach of Playa Reducto, the golden sand beach here is perfect for swimming and water sports.

Set on the main beach of Playa Reducto, the golden sand beach here is perfect for swimming, water sports and offers one of the best beach's on the island for SUP and snorkeling. A car is not essential for stays at this holiday apartment, as all the amenities you will need are within walking distance. It is just a stone's throw from the beach bars, restaurants, play/skate park, sea front promenade and a variety of shops but if you wish to take advantage of a hire car to explore all that Lanzarote has to offer, there is a private parking bay in the basement. The bus stop is just 200m away and from here there are buses to the two nearby resorts of Costa Teguise and Puerto Del Carmen. There is a mini train that runs along the front between the nearby bus station to Charco de San Gines.
