Traditional Basque farmhouse available as a whole exclusive property, or as individual rooms during low season (September–November). Five bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 8 (up to 12 with additional beds). Fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, large flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi throughout. Outside: covered porch with BBQ and outdoor dining table, plus a private fully fenced garden. Children and pets can roam freely and safely without leaving the property. Located in the centre of Murguía village, 3 minutes on foot from a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, medical centre and pintxos bars. Set at the foot of the Gorbea Natural Park, with direct access to hiking and cycling trails, horse riding, golf, natural river swimming and a municipal pool with tennis courts. Distances: 15 min to Vitoria-Gasteiz, 40 min to Bilbao, 50 min to La Rioja wine country, 1h 15 min to San Sebastián, just over 1 hour to the beaches of the Cantabrian coast. Travelling as a couple or small group in low season? Message us before booking, individual rooms with access to all shared areas are available on request.

Murguía is a quaint village in the Zuia valley, surrounded by mountains and unspoilt countryside. The Gorbea Natural Park, one of the most beautiful natural spaces in the Basque Country, is less than 5 minutes by car, with dozens of hiking and mountain biking routes accessible year-round. The village has all everyday amenities within easy walking distance, and the surrounding area is known for excellent Basque cuisine, from traditional pintxos bars to local restaurants.
