Totally independent apartment located on the ground floor of the house. The owners live on the top floor but each one has its own independent entrance. The accommodation to which guests will have access has a private access, a small private terrace and is fully equipped with living room, kitchen, en-suite bedroom, a 2nd bedroom and 2 bathrooms. THE ONLY COMMON AREAS ARE THE GARDEN AND THE SWIMMING POOL, which unlike other apartments with a communal area, you will only have to share it with the friendly owners of the house. However, the owners let enjoy the pool in priority to the guests.
Fully equipped apartment, ideal for couples and families who wish to enjoy a few days of rest in a quiet environment away from the noise and tumult of Barcelona. Geraldine and Emmanuel are attentive that you do not miss anything and that you feel like at home. We will welcome you as we like to be welcomed when we travel. We love cooking, so the kitchen is particularly well equipped to help you prepare your meals in comfort. Our passion is mountain hiking. We will not fail to give you valuable tips for exploring the mountains overlooking Cabrils. In short, the beaches, the mountains, the swimming pool, the garden, the spacious accommodation and well equipped, all the ingredients are together! ARTS HOUSE is the perfect place to spend your next vacation.
The house is located in a very quiet residential area. You will find just 1 km from Cabrils and Vilassar de Mar a variety of shops such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops and everything else you may need. There is also the city of Barcelona, ​​just 20 km away, you can easily use public transport from the apartment. Only 3 km away you can enjoy beautiful beaches, with their chiringuitos, typical beach restaurants. You can go there by bus, a bus stop is only 400m from the apartment. The town of Cabrils will also allow you to enjoy the mountain, where you can go hiking, cycling, visit the Belvedere Creu de Montcabrer, etc. In summer, all the towns in the region celebrate the typical festivities. You can participate in many activities: lively atmosphere, fireworks, good food, etc. Near the city there is a large water park called "Isla Fantasía".
