Please, note that we are a home for tourist use, in a building with a community of owners attached to the current regulations for horizontal use. (Law 49/1960, of July 21, on horizontal property). ALL USERS MUST RESPECT THE COMMON AREAS.

WE HAVE NO RECEPTION. No staff there physically. (Check the accommodations regulations to find out our obligations).

The passenger report for the Civil Guard is mandatory (Order INT/321/2021, of March 31, which modifies Order INT/1922/2003, of July 3).

We will provide you with the enter codes in order to access to the apartment.
