Apartment in El Palmar city, near the Virgen de la Arrixaca Hospital and the Faculty of Health Sciences. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Very spacious and bright with a small balcony to the outside. It is on second floor with an elevator. Very quiet area with all services and facilities, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bus stop to the center of Murcia. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is two blocks from the city center, it is a very quiet area and easy free parking on the street. Very close to public transport.
