Luxury penthouse of 240 m2 in front of the sea, in front of the beach, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet. All amenities, up to 8 people plus baby bed. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms, two terraces, solarium, large rooms, quiet, attic floors in finca to rest and enjoy the summer, the views and the beach. Smart TV with satellite TV and Netflix in living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Parking included 30 m from the farm. Penthouse equipped to spend unforgettable days in Porto Cristo, enjoy its restaurants, beach, fishing port, marina, market, Cuevas del Drach, virgin beaches etc.
