* ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: Discover the charm of Zaragoza from above: central penthouse with terrace. Welcome to our penthouse, located in the center of Zaragoza, in a quiet area and a few minutes walk from the Basilica del Pilar. A bright and cozy accommodation with a large, fully equipped 25 m² terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. It has air conditioning, heating, a separate living room, two televisions with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. The main room has a 180x190 double bed. The additional space has a double bunk bed, ideal for children, teenagers or adults who can comfortably access the upper bed. The accommodation offers a flexible configuration for stays of up to 5 people, including a large, high-quality sofa that can be converted to sleep with an additional mattress, providing a comfortable surface. It also has a folding bed in the main bedroom, which can be separated by a curtain for greater privacy, as well as a baby cot at no additional cost and upon request. The terrace offers side views of the Basilica del Pilar, located at a certain distance and visible from certain angles. It has a table, chairs, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Perfect for both families and groups visiting the city for leisure or events, combining a central location and tranquility.

Our Goal: An Unforgettable Stay in Zaragoza Our aim is to make your stay in Zaragoza unforgettable by attending to any requests or feedback you may have during your visit. HOUSE GUIDE: Terrace towels: Towels for the terrace sun loungers are provided. Please place used towels in the basket next to the bathroom sink before leaving the apartment. Umbrella and cushions: A terrace umbrella is stored under the bedroom bed. Please do not use it in rainy or windy conditions. Cushions for the sun loungers, chairs, and bench are stored in the dressing room. Air conditioning: There is one split unit in the living room. Heating: The building has central heating. Outside the normal hours (10:00–22:00), the same unit that provides air conditioning also works as a heat pump. Electric heaters are also available in the bedrooms (above the door) and in the bathroom (small heater). First aid kit: Available in one of the bathroom cabinets. Sofa bed linens: For 4 adult guests, we recommend using the lower bunk and the sofa bed. Linens for the sofa are available in the drawers of the living room bookshelf. HOUSE RULES: Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00. Please respect the tranquility of the building and terrace, as this is a shared residential community. Guests are responsible for any fines resulting from complaints. No smoking inside: Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. A ashtray is provided on the living room bookshelf (under the TV). Bunk bed weight limit: Maximum 100 kg per guest. Security deposit: A deposit is held for any potential damages. Please take care and enjoy your stay.

* NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION: Located on a major avenue next to Zaragoza’s most traditional tapas area, the apartment is very close to Plaza de los Sitios, Plaza España, El Tubo, and Plaza del Pilar, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful setting. The neighborhood stands out for its central and pleasant location, with plenty of shops, cafés, and walking areas. If you arrive by car, you'll find nearby public parking at the SABA "Los Sitios" Parking Garage, with affordable rates. Please contact me if you'd like more information.
