Beautiful large penthouse located in the center of Dénia and just 200 meters from the beach, with excellent sea views. It is located in a privileged residence with garden, two swimming pools, table tennis,life guard and a private parking space. The appartment, distributed in two flors, can accomodate up to 10 people. It is also equipped for babies and toddlers, as it has 3 cots, highchairs and two gates that protect the staircase at the top and bottom to ensure the safety of the youngest members of the family It has 5 bedroom, dressing room, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and 2 large sunny terraces with sea views. There is a lift for wheelchairs at the pool. Private parking Air conditioning Free wifi Housekeeper Elevator Life guard
