The apartment is located at the last (fifth) and penultimate floor (fourth) of a 5-storey house with Spanish specific. On the top floor there is a large living room, a terrace, a bedroom and a bathroom. lla the penultimate floor is 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every room has aircondition unit.
The poperty is a nice high spanish tipical house with 5 levels, situated in a peaceful neighborhood, clean with native spanish neighbours. the most interestig things is that you can find next the house, 5 min waking a wild natural park, Capcalera the midle of the town. Also the Turia Garden is just 350 m far.
