Charming Attic with views, swimming pool & beach access. Our property has an open space with a big kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and nature, and close to Caldetas Beach. The apartment is in a quiet location, 5 minutes walk to shops, food market and supermarket, restaurants, and spa (natural springs), and 10 minutes to the beach. And only 40 minutes away from Barcelona City Centre by train. The apartment is on the 5th floor and accessible by stairs.

The apartment access Caldes d'Estrac town (locally known as Caldetes), which was a fashionable spa town for the Barcelona bourgeoisie between 1875 and the 1920s for its thermal baths and beachside atmosphere, and that enjoys a beautiful weather all year long. There are several attractions such as: thermal spa, trekking routes and water sports (SUP, kayaking, sailing...). Caldes d´Estrac can be enjoyed from multiple aspects, there is a lively cultural life, just visit the Palau Foundation (which houses the Tourist Information Point to get to know more), the Picasso Museum, some areas of architectural interest, and the watchtowers over the hill... With regards to family tourism, the "Caldetas" beach is wide open, with white sand, and never packed, it is a perfect spot for families and those who like to chill out by the seaside. Finally, many visitors who come to Caldetas and Arenys de Mar enjoy local gastronomy, there are plenty of "chiringuitos" along the beach and nice restaurants in town to eat fresh fish and seafood, paella and local dishes.
