Hello Apartments is an international agency based in Barcelona and born in New York 8 years ago as a project to offer an alternative to travellers who want to experience the city like a local and have the opportunity to make the best of their trip. We quickly ventured to other holiday main spots: Sitges, Cerdanya and Menorca. The house is distributed in two floors; On the ground floor are the common areas and the kitchen, while on the upper floor we have 4 double rooms with artistic finishes and a full bathroom. Two of the rooms have a double bed and have been designed for couples. Both share a balcony overlooking the front yard of the house. On this same level there are 2 other bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. Both have large windows that let in sunlight throughout the day, as well as ceiling lamps and wall-mounted coat hooks. there is a full bathroom that leads to the stairs that go down to the ground floor of the house. Returning to the ground floor: Here is a dining room on one side and the kitchen and living room on the other.For this renovation, we naturally kept items that were in fairly good shape, like the TV console, the entryway sideboard, and the nightstands. The dining table can seat up to 8 people on vintage French chairs. This room opens onto the patio with artificial grass. Outside there is also a room with a washing machine and an additional bathroom with a shower. The kitchen hasn't been updated, but we've included all the necessary appliances of modern living.
