Located just 2 minutes walk from Playa del Puerto, and 5 minutes walk along the Paseo to the centre of the Harbour and town where you will find all the best restaurants, bars and nightlife. No need to drive or cycle anywhere unless you plan to visit all the many other places of interest the area has to offer. You can relax in the apartment on the small terrace at the front or in the second shaded terrace at the rear, or get the full sun experience 3 floors up via the lift to the communal rooftop terrace overlooking the beach and Harbour. All in all a very comfortable apartment in a perfect location for everything you need.

Puerto de Mazarron is a gem on the Costa Calida, the coastline at Puerto de Mazarron boasts many kilometres of fine unspoilt sandy beaches with safe bathing. The municipality has been awarded the coveted Blue Flag for water quality over consecutive years, and The World Health Organisation recently declared the province of Murcia the cleanest in Spain with the least industrial pollution, and they also recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days a year making it an ideal all year round destination with nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine and the average annual temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees, which is about the same temperature as the sea for most of the warmer months. In fact even in winter you can still swim in the shallower parts of the sea along the coastline. The area is well known for scuba diving, snorkelling, water sports, sailing, jet skiing and many more activities. All along the coastline in very cycle friendly with many dedicated cycleways and if you like hiking there are a lot of trails up into the mountains just behind the coastline giving you fantastic views of the entire area. For evening relaxation enjoy some of the great restaurants along the Paseo, remember Puerto de Mazarron is famous for fish and seafood, enjoy is as it fresh on the day from the port! For nightlife there are many places to enjoy a bit of dancing, live music and even karaoke, with the opening of a new international nightspot in the port there are many unforgettable evenings of great music from the likes of Ibiza’s Judge Jules, famous Spanish musicians and many visiting groups from all decades of music genres! Don’t forget to take a trip to Cartagena, a stunning city just 35mins drive up the coast, and inland 45mins to the famous University city of Murcia, both are well worth a full on day trip!
