It is completely independent with access via a shared staircase, fully private, with its own kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for those who value privacy with the peace of mind of having the hosts nearby. Just 500 m from Mar Xica beach, in a quiet residential area ideal for relaxing and unwinding. 🏠 Apartment layout (3rd and 4th floors): • 2 cosy bedrooms (one with a balcony with artificial grass and sea views). • 1 full bathroom with washing machine and toiletries. • Fully equipped kitchen so you can feel at home. • Spacious private terrace with chill-out area and barbecue. Free public parking is available just a few metres from the property. Baires&Blo is ideal for combining relaxation, local beaches, gastronomy, and visits to Peñíscola, the Sierra de Irta, the Ebro Delta or the charming town of Morella.
