Welcome to the perfect townhouse for your family holidays in the beach of Valencia! With 2 floors and 3 spacious bedrooms, this cozy home is ideal for 4 people, up to 6 people. You can come with your pet up to 10 kg for small fee for the entire stay. Enjoy the comfort of 2 full bathrooms, one on each level, a fully equipped kitchen and free wifi. Maintain a comfortable temperature with the AIR CONDITIONING. In addition, you will be less than 100 meters from the promenade and a spectacularly beautiful and uncrowded beach. Don't miss the almost 3 km walks! You will also be just 23 km from the city of Valencia, with its spectacular City of Arts and Sciences and its Oceanographic, the grandiose Turia Gardens, the beautiful North Station (central train and AVE), the glorious historic center (Cathedral, Plaza de la Virgen, Miguelete, Lonja de la Seda) and much more! VIP: before entering the home you must do the online check-in that will be sent to you by message with the data of people from 14 years of age according to Chapter IV of Organic Law 4/2015.
You will be in paradise. Very quiet area, perfect for a well-deserved rest, with a walk of almost 3 km, beach less than 100 m not crowded, and with accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Nearby is also the dog beach. Very close to the house there are several restaurants (Mediterranean, hamburgers) and an ice cream parlor. Also nearby there is a pharmacy and the health center in summer.
