The Balmins White apartment is located on a second floor without a lift. It is a modern, comfortable and recently renovated apartment. It has a large community pool, 2 double bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi and a beautiful balcony with sea views. The building has a community pool for the exclusive use of our guests. It is located behind the Meliá Hotel (3 minutes walking distance), near the port and 100 meters from Balmins beach. Upon entering the apartment we are greeted by the living room and kitchen. The living room has a very cozy sofa, television, wifi and air conditioning. It has access to the balcony from where you can see the sea and the houses in the area. It is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy any meal or a drink at sunset. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine) Both bedrooms overlook the pool. Its location is fantastic, a few steps from the exclusive Sitges marina, the Meliá Hotel and the best restaurants. You can get anywhere in a few minutes. If you arrive by car you can park for free on the street. The Sitges train station is 15 minutes away on foot and the center of Sitges is 10 minutes away along a fantastic path along the sea. There is a Carrefour supermarket just 10 minutes' walk away.
