This finca is located in the exclusive residential area of Barcares It is a contemporary design house with air conditioning, wonderful gardens and a fantastic pool and terrace. Inside, the beatiful rays of the Mediterranean sun bathe the property with a luxurious hotel design in every room. It is also accessible for wheelchairs, with a charming and spacious double bedroom and bathroom cabin with shower on the ground floor. The main living area is truly impressive with a spectacular floor-to-ceiling window along one of the walls, oversized sofas, a plasma TV system and flat screen music system with additional speakers on the terrace , And a dining table for 10 people. The kitchen is white marble with high quality appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine and an American style fridge freezer. Also on the ground floor there is a family bathroom with large indoor jacuzzi. There are four spacious bedrooms on the first floor: two doubles and two with twin beds (can be served as singles or doubles).
