GENERAL INFORMATION: Concud is a small town right next to Teruel (5 minute drive), and the location of the Rural House "BARRANCO LAS MARAVILLAS". This typical village house with stone and wood materials, dates to the 1940´s and has been totally restored for your comfort and enjoyment. The house is right next to the church in the center of the village and is full of typical pieces of that time period (interesting for kids to see). The rural house "Barranco las Maravillas" offers a different kind of lodging and tourism experience. You will enjoy all the comforts of a hotel and the peace and tranquility only found in a small village. The house sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably, three double bedrooms and one triple bedroom + 2 full baths, including a 2 meter shower. Fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living-dining area, off the kitchen enjoy your private patio-garden with barbecue grill. The house also has a spacious play room for the younger visitors, full of toys and games for young and old alike. The house has heating throughout, television with Netflix, and a music system. Stay connected with free Wifi available throughout the house. A crib can be provided on request.
The attention to my clients is the most important thing for me. I try to be as close, affectionate and possible emerald, offering advice on places of interst, estaurants, bars, shops and leisure.
