Modern ground floor apartment situated directly on one of Corralajo's white sandy beaches with magnificent views to Lobos and Lanzarote. 2 Double bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms, a large sunny and wind sheltered terrace. Fast Fibre optic Wlan connection with 300 mbps. New Air conditioning installed throughout the apartment in 2022. The apartment is located in the Hoplaco gated community complex offering a quiet, safe environment whilst having all the benefits of beach life!
Dear Guest, it’s a pleasure to be able to welcome you to my home by the beach! I take pleasure in making my home a dream spot for you to enjoy your holiday and help make it a trip to remember. I am personally not on site, however always online to respond to a message and I have a great local team who are available to assist on request.
The apartment is in the 'Hoplaco complex' one of the oldest buildings in the heart of Corralejo. It is situated directly in front of one of Corralejo's sandy beaches with magnificent views over the bay to the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote. Despite its central location it is a quiet, sheltered spot, where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Around the corner you will find many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The old town and harbour is a 5 minute work away along the beach front. The apartment is situated at the end of a private sand road, with parking options 20m away from the terrace. Within Corralajo there are regular bus services around the island , plenty of car rental and taxis at very competitive prices.
