This is a beach front property with two bedrooms. One bedroom has ensuite bath. It is a family friendly house. Front bedroom on first floor directly faces the beach and listen to the waves. From living room, step on to the beach. The beach is only moderately crowded during summer months, even then plenty of room. Almost empty during winter. If you are lookin for a small peaceful place, this is your dream holiday. You can check the status of the beach on line, google for Xeraco Beach. There are heaters and fans in every room.
Hi, This is my holiday home. I let it out when I am not there. A property management company looks after it while I am not in Xeraco They have very friendly staff.
