Totally renovated first line luxury apartment with swiming pool and garden. Fully equiped open kitchen, air conditioneers in bedrooms and living room, zoned heated floors in all areas as well as terrace for our winter guests. Smart TV and wifi. Terrace can be open as well as closed based on weather conditions and your preferences. Stunning views of the bay and Calp mountain, as well as lighthouse on the other side. Sunrise and sunset views are just breathtaking !

Beach, fine dining restaurants, mini golf is just there. Altea downtown within walking distance. No parking in front of the building and almost no car trafic.
