The Beachfront Surf & Holiday House is a spacious and charming Galician home, ideal for family vacations, group getaways, surf holidays, or extended workations. Spread over nearly 400 m² and surrounded by a 2,000 m² garden, the house blends comfort, functionality, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. Designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive, it offers generous shared spaces, quiet corners for focus, and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors — creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay by the sea. Inside the house The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with bar, a dining room with TV, guest toilets, a cozy living room with fireplace, and a lounge area with garden views in the veranda. From here, you access an annex with an additional dining room and fireplace, a table football, a laundry room, and a bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms, a shared bathroom with bathtub, and two coworking offices with inspiring sea views. The second floor offers a balcony with stunning ocean views, an additional work area, and two more bedrooms. Outside & garden Outside, the house opens onto a large garden with plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature. A beachfront yoga and sports room, a wood-fired sauna, a terrace, and an outdoor dining area invite you to slow down, recharge, and fully embrace the coastal lifestyle.

Our home in Villarrube is a family project, deeply rooted in personal history. Alexandra’s father grew up in this village, and part of our family still lives in the region today. This long-standing connection to Villarrube shaped our desire to restore and share a home here — not as outsiders, but as guests returning to a place that feels like home. As we are only able to spend part of the year in Galicia, we chose to open our doors and share this remarkable region with others — thoughtfully and responsibly. From surf stays and yoga retreats to quiet moments of rest by the sea, every stay is designed to reflect our respect for the land, the culture, and the people who live here. Sustainability lies at the heart of our approach. We collaborate with local partners and existing community structures, ensuring each experience supports the region rather than reshapes it. The village of Villarrube is located in the region of Rias Altas, 120 km from the pilgrimage site of Santiago de Compostela, 70 km from the town of A Coruna and 5 km from Cedeira, known for its gastronomy. Villarrube beach, 500m from the house, is one of the most beautiful beaches in Galicia and is surrounded by a magnificent nature reserve. No mass tourism but nature and tranquility! Pantin beach is located 6km from Villarrube. Pantin is the most famous surf beach in Galicia, thanks in particular to the Pantin Classic Galicia Pro, a professional competition of the World Surf League. The beach of Pantin allows surfing all year round and the size of the waves varies, so that everyone can have fun (including beginners!). The Rias Altas region of northern Galicia offers you an extraordinary succession of cliffs, beaches, lighthouses and fishing villages, all in an atmosphere of legends.
