Company info

The company was established in 2016, being the long-term apartments. But since 2024, we are integrating holiday homes. At the moment the complex has 5 holiday apartments and the rest, for now, are still long-stay. It is a very quiet and secure complex with 24-hour security cameras. We have maintenance and cleaning service, 7 days a week.

This beautiful apartment is located in one of the best areas of Puerto del Carmen, with everything you need at your fingertips, supermarket, shopping center, pharmacy, beach, leisure area, restaurants... The apartment is inspire like Jungle, Amazonas, very cozy style. We have no doubt that whoever stays here will enjoy the experience/holidays in Lanzarote.

Neighborhood info

Right next door, we have the famous café of the moment "KALMA CAFE AND BRUNCH" with delicious and unique dishes, delicious coffees and smoothies. You have the supermarket and pharmacy 1 minute from the complex. you have the Varadero area, where you will find good restaurants and nightlife area, for party lovers. You will find Playa Chica beach just a 5-minute walk away. And you also have the Biosfera shopping center 5 minutes walk away.
