This modern, well-furnished villa enjoys a quiet location on Montemar Hills by Benissa coast. Its elevated position provides us with almost unbeatable panoramic views over the entire coastline. Only 15. Min drive separate us from Moraira, a beautiful and cozy town offering a very sophisticated atmosphere together with some of the most beautiful beaches and coves of the area and a pleasant variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is built on 2 stories which are connected through exterior stairs and are equipped with central heating for the winter months. We find parking for 1 car, from here 70 steps lead us up to the top floor of the house. We find a spacious terrace with a private swimming pool, sunbeds, a BBQ area, all encompassed by different Mediterranean style gardens. We find the main living area on the top floor, which is fully equipped also with Sat+ TV, which leads to a cozy conservatory with a dining room offering breathtaking sea views towards the famous Ifach rock in Calpe. We follow to find 2 twin bedrooms sharing a shower/WC. On the lower level of the villa, we get another twin bedroom with a shower/WC and an adorable balcony, perfect for the morning breakfast while enjoying the incredible views. Bellevue has everything a wonderful Mediterranean holiday needs, and more.
